Concept and social media strategy for Sitra's Public Leadership & Management Programme 2010

In the project I studied and designed new creative uses of social media that would develop and enhance leadership and management practices and thinking in public sector.

Background research presentation

New leadership – both in theory and practice – is developed together with leaders, managers, co-workers, colleagues and various experts.

Through a synaptic communication network the Public Leadership & Management Programme can enable new forms of collaboration and thus support significantly the development of new management and communication practices.

In general, I propose that the program’s proactive presence in social media enables the creation of collectively constructed narrative that describes a new, emergent paradigm of leadership and management in public sector.
